Training

We offer a variety of training options to meet each individual athlete’s needs

Daily Skills Training Classes are offered to athletes to assist in developing  the participant into the best basketball player they can be by customizing programs based on experience level.  Foundation Basketball offers 1:1, small group, and team training. Our goal is to build confidence, self esteem and self discipline through skill development.

Group Training

We Provide 60 minutes of instruction per visit on:

  • Ball Handling
  • Footwork
  • Shooting
  • Post Moves
  • Basketball IQ
  • ZonesHow to break zone offense/defense
  • Defense (Reading Defense and Man to Man Defense)

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Monday-Friday classes start on the hour at 3:30 4:30 5:30 & 6:30pm

  • Small group workouts typically consist of 5-10 participants.

Skills Clinic

We Provide 60-90 minutes of instruction per visit on:
